I started going to the gym around a month ago. My friend and I go once a week usually either Tuesday or Thursday. I think its great and everyone should go at least once a week. The problem is that everyone recommends you to work out at least 2-3 times a week. HELP!!!! who has time? I really try to do something at home another day of the week, but need ideas.
Wouldn't it be great if we all could have our own personal trainer that can encourage us. Those little voices in my head are wayyyy too quiet, and don't make me do it as often as I should.
What to do? What to do?
I tried watching what I eat, but I love food. I know some people go bulimic or anorexic when they try to control things in their life, but me? no i purge on food, hell I over eat. Who else do u know that eats 4 rolls of sushi for lunch and than can be hungry a couple of hours later.
Many of us, just don't have time to go to they gym, between babies and husbands and household chores. So what happens? we all get fat and hope that our husbands like us still the same. Of course they will say " no honey you look perfect, i love you the way you are..." but they are suppose to say that no?
well anyways I will be off to the gym tomorrow so yay for me.

Welcome
Well here we are at the beginning of a journey.
Its amazing how fast time flies. Exactly 1 year ago I started my new job. 2 years ago Tzilah was 2 months old. and 3 years go well who can remember that far.
Yesterday was sunday the 2nd day of chol hamoed, also the only day I don't have to work, so of course there is this great great pressure of what are we doing on chol hamoed.
Half of the world is going to the bronx zoo, 1/4 to riis park, and 1/4 to six flags or hershey park.
Oh yeah a small percentage also to dorney, but they are minority.
So we ended up going to long island game farm.
I really highly recommend it as a family trip.
Very family/kids oriented. We had so much fun petting the deer, llamas, goats, sheep, giraffe and monkeys.
But back to what i was saying.
Why do kids and adults always put this pressure to do something exciting on chol hamoed. So big deal you didn't go on the greatest trip, and you have nothing to talk about or show off to your friend. Who wants to suffer and stand online for 2 hours for one stupid roller coaster (well not so stupid because I love roller coasters) but really is it really so enjoyable????
Oh wait and there are those that go to florida or israel or any other trip that cost so much money.
Remember those girls that used to come back from succos or pasech vacation with a perfect tan, and bragged how they went here and there, while you were stuck at home helping your mother with all the meals and your most exciting trip was to the NYC Aquarium!!!!!
Oh well welcome to brooklyn society.
Have a great day,
Sincerely RR Genut
