working out

I started going to the gym around a month ago. My friend and I go once a week usually either Tuesday or Thursday. I think its great and everyone should go at least once a week. The problem is that everyone recommends you to work out at least 2-3 times a week. HELP!!!! who has time? I really try to do something at home another day of the week, but need ideas.
Wouldn't it be great if we all could have our own personal trainer that can encourage us. Those little voices in my head are wayyyy too quiet, and don't make me do it as often as I should.
What to do? What to do?
I tried watching what I eat, but I love food. I know some people go bulimic or anorexic when they try to control things in their life, but me? no i purge on food, hell I over eat. Who else do u know that eats 4 rolls of sushi for lunch and than can be hungry a couple of hours later.
Many of us, just don't have time to go to they gym, between babies and husbands and household chores. So what happens? we all get fat and hope that our husbands like us still the same. Of course they will say " no honey you look perfect, i love you the way you are..." but they are suppose to say that no?

well anyways I will be off to the gym tomorrow so yay for me.

does your gym have childcare? i just go really late at night, like 10-11pm, or go on sunday mornings with the kids.

but i am nervous to leave my baby with them. Plus I don't get home from work till 7 and the kid is off to bed at 8 pm!!!!
the good thing is that they are open till 11/12 so i also go really late at night. oh and sundays??? well thats the time when I catch up on my sleep, and sleep late!

When you drive somewhere park far away- so at least you get a little movement. Try and stand more often- sushi isn's a great thing to eat for lunch- white rice is starch and it raises your blood sugar level and eventually creates fat cells. Cut out bread and pasta.

Get a bike, try and do things with the kids that involve you exercising. Lift weights while watching the kids, run in place. Stationary bike while watching the kids. So many things- do not take any time at all.

You have time to blog- you def have time to excersize.
